1 Introduction

Welcome to Winbix. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Winbix website located at https://winbix.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content offered by Winbix ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Winbix.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet on Winbix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Winbix.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Winbix" refers to the online gaming platform operating at https://winbix.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• "User" / "Player" refers to any individual who has registered an account and/or uses the services offered by Winbix.
• "Balance" means the total MYR funds held within a User's Winbix account at any given point in time, inclusive of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or other incentive-based amounts credited to a User's account subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by Winbix prior to processing withdrawals or upon reasonable request.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount or deposit must be wagered before the resulting funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator, the certified software mechanism used to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Winbix, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Winbix operates a strict 21+ policy across all services and will require identity documentation to verify your age.
2. You must be acting as a private individual and registering for personal, non-commercial use only. Use of the Platform for commercial data collection, arbitrage operations, or any form of systematic profit extraction through platform exploitation is expressly prohibited.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform, including Winbix, at the time of registration.
5. You must not have had a previous Winbix account closed or suspended due to a violation of these Terms.
6. You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration & KYC

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account on the Winbix Platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it promptly when any details change.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Winbix operates a KYC programme in accordance with its anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following verification documents:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian National Identity Card / NRIC, or valid passport)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot, or card image where applicable)

Winbix reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in temporary withdrawal suspension or account closure, at Winbix's sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Winbix will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Winbix are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM 50 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Winbix account immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor.
• Winbix does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges independent of Winbix.
• Only funds deposited from payment methods registered in your own name will be accepted. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification prior to processing.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within minutes to a few hours for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Winbix reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the account, unless an exception is approved in writing by Winbix support.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Winbix offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published at the point of offer and made clearly available to eligible players before they opt in.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all Winbix promotions unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Winbix reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus credited in error, at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated within each promotion's individual terms.

• Winbix reserves the right to disqualify players found to be abusing the bonus system, including through arbitrage betting, low-risk game manipulation, or use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Winbix is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All casino games available on the Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which has been independently tested and verified to produce statistically random and unpredictable outcomes. Winbix does not manipulate game results or alter return-to-player (RTP) rates in any manner contrary to the published game specifications.

Sports betting outcomes are determined entirely by the results of the sporting event in question. Winbix accepts no liability for errors in pre-match or live odds that are clearly the result of a technical malfunction and reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect prices.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Winbix Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether individually or in conjunction with other persons.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or during the KYC verification process.
• Using software, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties to influence the outcome of any game.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software to obtain credits, wins, or advantages not intended by the game design.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conduct financial fraud, or engage in any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited by law.
• Allowing minors (individuals under 21 years of age) to access or use your Winbix account under any circumstances.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening Winbix staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Winbix Platform — including but not limited to the Winbix brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game graphics, text, software, images, and audio — is the intellectual property of Winbix or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from the Winbix Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of Winbix. Unauthorised use of any Winbix intellectual property may result in legal action.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Winbix Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Winbix, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings resulting from any game outcome, system error, or technical failure;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services due to scheduled maintenance, technical malfunction, or circumstances beyond Winbix's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials;
• Any reliance on information or content provided on the Platform that proves to be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

Winbix's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

Winbix reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Identification of a duplicate account registered by the same individual;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Legal or regulatory obligations requiring the restriction of access.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Winbix reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the account, including both real-money deposits and bonus balances. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC.

12 Responsible Gambling

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which Winbix holds its operating authorisation. To the extent permitted by law, the parties agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated by Winbix's regulatory framework.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or in conflict with applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
